HERB hasn't exactly excelled in their efforts. It is amateurish, to say the least. 16 months now and still struggling with zero results.

Probably not. It doesn't help if we send them emails in capital letters. Also, we don't know what is going on behind the scenes. HERB is dealing with FINRA as well as OTCMkts and they have repeatedly complained that FINRA and OTC are very slow to reply. Just like TF has pointed out previously.
