Because "it involves sensitive State ownership of company's policies that we must carefully navigate"

That was in relation to reversing the transaction. Which they should have done by now. Not in relation to reporting the assets.

From december :

we are investigating reversing that acquisition but if we do not keep
those assets off balance sheet, we will not have a chance to keep our
filings current and we will go to expert market. This is not an easy
process because it involves sensitive State ownership of company's
policies that we must carefully navigate. We cannot give you a time frame
on this process and also cannot give an estimate on getting current status
because OTCM is very slow to respond when we follow their instructions.

Sincerely

Huirong Zhang
Vice President
Yasheng Group

So the question remains, why didn't they report the assets in 2016 - 2022 ?
There are no secrecy issues here when we are talking about a bunch of oranges and berries. Come on.

The question is, how long will it take them to achieve a fully reporting status.

If there are no issues, something like 3 months. But there could be quite a few obstacles.
