I wonder how many merger situations are being held up because the otc is inundated with applications?

Or my conspiracy theory with all this is these entities running the otc know that the longer they take to approve changes, the more these company's share price suffers. And someone is making alot of money on it.

So they delay application approvals, scarf up millions of cheap shares and when the approval hits the market they sell with news. MM's are probably in on it!
