The recent filing, providing share updates, press release providing clarity on the recent SEC indictments, and additional communications by the COO, are imo the beginning attempts to protect and defend the company, market cap, and shareholder equity. We may have the inflection point in play and a sustained reversal in progress. Next week should be confirmation, and the possibilities of additional news and official press releases could follow. The lack of communications and transparency on the business model, plans for the development of scale, and viable means to get there, are still awaiting further details. For long shareholders, the importance of defending and supporting Good Gaming, couldn't have come soon enough. Long shareholders are imperative to the foundation of any public company. They reduce the outstanding, they provide financial liquidity on future distributions, networking of contacts for additional investors, essentially providing a firm base of fiscal support. IMO investors haven't received the appreciative value they bring, as communications have been waning, or as I put it " went "Dark". While the technical developments, are difficult, and the developing crew is short handed, further efforts and transparency are needed on the fiduciaries and development division.
Hopefully we will see a follow through on executions and fiscal management disclosures. That would go a long way in repairing some of the damage to credibility. Addressing the canceled investors conferences 3 times, S8 on 30 million shares, salaries/positions and subsequent cash burn, licensing and JV partnership disclosures, etc, are important areas of needful disclosures. Without it, I don't see how investors will transition from flips to holds, especially in this current market. Hopefully, the green light is finally here, and we will see a sustained reversal.
