Lannett didn't terminate the Agreement............they EXTENDED it by a FULL YEAR.

The Agreement was supposed to expire March 22, 2022.............OVER 5 months ago.

Lannett EXTENDED the Agreement until March 31, 2023.

So Lannett terminated the agreement well before the expiration date of March 5, 2024.
