Why the 50% stock price dump with no rebound then? What will we have to see in order to hit the ATH of over 2 cents? Not sure how it's possible to have a shell trading at 2+ cents with the same share structure as a completed merger with a few million $ in revenue. Something is very very fishy with $ILST. Until the share price is above what the empty shell traded at the high, Caren and the Avi's have screwed anyone who invested in this stock.
