You keep on arguing points I never made. I didn't ever say that Fisher's lawsuits are anything other than what they are. Derivative claims for NWS above the 10% dividend and the wrIte down of the SPS to zero. Here's his latest on this subject.

If Kelly wins his derivative claim, the corporations get back $110 billion. What does that mean? Would the dividends still be in effect? Wouldn't it result in similar suits. Why would the government be allowed to retain the warrants? Isn't that a taking? etc, etc.
I rather not have these pointless discussions with you. Just a waste of time.
