the missing link is the NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corporation) the DTCC don't execute those things. im sure they send it to their subsidiaries.

NSCC MEMBER DIRECTORIES There is an updated list in excel you can click on to see all their affiliate. Citadel is included along with all the other hedgefund. When i say ""nothing will happen"" because this is how deep it goes. People don't realize that if these government entity in the stock market wanted too, they can eliminate citadel. Halt them, stop them, what ever but they don't, dont they. And when i say retail need more of a physical push then just silently waiting for something to change i mean it too because nothing will change by just silently waiting and raging over the internet. Ya'll dealing not with citadel but the whole system itself. it's all corrupted. All of those DTCC rules and stuff doesn't mean nothing to their affiliate. its just sugar coating to make retail ""think"" something is being done but behind closed door, nothing is enforce.
