Bro, who cares if the CEO builds up a fortune in the stock? If he makes money, I make money! Page 20 of the 10-Q the first three paragraphs are about management rolling their accrued compensation into the preferred B. https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0001421636/000121390022048114/f10q0622_cbondsys.htm

Management isn't even taking their full salary. Theyre rolling it up into company stock. I don't think they would do that if they didn't think the stock is going higher. It's obvious you're unhappy, maybe got in at the wrong time, but the company is doing good and management having an ownership stake in the company is a great thing.
