You guys OVERTHINK stuff to much. Just imagine a company uplisting to the NYSE w a A/S of 100 M and u can buy it for 20 cents w Zero convertible debt.. The float don't really even matter much. BTW the float is like 10M max at this point, but what if it was 20M? Who cares? Most you guys can't hold a stock for 5 minutes, so why ya care about the smallest difference in a float.
