When_the new_constitution is_REJECTED, lithium_miners will_have 15_days
to choose sides. The old constitution will of course be in full effect on September 5 and our first priority will be to once again more-loudly demand our supporters in the Lower Chamber of Deputies and the Senate move to reform the existing constitution to repeal the Strategic Mineral Classification on Lithium using the newly formulated 4/7 quorum (as opposed to 2/3) to enact reforms/repeals to obvious self-enriching Pinochet-era national laws such as this very restrictive one.

Our second priority will seem like an act in blind faith but it will be to immediately choose between the left-wing/commies and the right-center-wing to formulate the government's SECOND reform response spanning the next 12 months which Gabby Boric is dead set on redeploying since he is the type of politician who would never stop beating a dead horse lying on the ground... dead. The left-wing/commies will want to choose another 155-delegates "off the street" (including winos/scum out the gutter, gays and firebrand indians) to try rewriting the constitution again once more in the unicameral legislative image envisioned by Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro. The right-center-wing will want to "elevate" the reform process to the already duly elected 155 representatives inside the Lower Chamber of Deputies taking care to maintain old tried & true bicameral legislative form simply enacting new "more inclusive" fair modern 21st-century laws/reforms through normal hands-up voting.
