As I write this Yes, the timing is off. If we get the audit on 8/31 I expect the 8k to drop on 9/2 or 9/6. It needs to be reviewed, added to the 8K then sent to the printer who takes 1-3 days to convert the document. Then I send OTC an email and 1-2 more days for non-shell.
