If the CFO is a professional, whats the explanation for failing to disclose the alleged acquisition in the Q2 filing?

A mistake?

Oversight?

Contrary to the PR, it never really closed?

Was terminated?

PCT needs to address this with an explanation.

A mistake can be corrected but hiding the truth can never be forgiven
