I think that Leonite Capital/Leonite Fund I
effectively executed its first scam on its shareholders.


The Aug 15 announcement of a imminent initial
acquisition was false and IMO was intentionally
designed to pump up the price of ILST stock for
2 weeks so that insiders could have plenty of time
to sell their ILST shares at a profit before the
“ sure to make ILST’s price fall “ news release.


So now the insiders can buy back their ILST
shares at a 40 - 50 % - or more - discount before
the next significant announcement.



My current view on Leonite Capital?
