And that is the problem. SEC is worthless and doesn't care about investors. Shutting down shells is a terrible way to go about justice. Shareholders get screwed all the way around, it's just bullshit because the SEC is too lazy to do their jobs and actually protect the public.

You will never go broke taking profits!
