Are restricted common shares any different than what we have right now? Is it a different class of shares?
Could we be looking at this wrong?
Why would they do this if its going to drive the stock price in to the ground?
I think we are missing something here.
There are some great minds on this board... Think this out... there has to be a reason they did this. I think the word restricted attached to the common stock is the key to this.
Just have to find out what they are up to.
There is no sense panicing yet. Bail now and you loose money anyway.
Let the hand play out and see what they have in mind.
