I'm a value trader from the most part. If you can look past the disappointment that the first acquisition was not colossal, You can see you already have Value that justifies the current market cap. It would have been nice to see a more intersaying. larger Tech company or something more sexy, But if you look at a company having 5 million in revenue while even being ultra conservative I'm guessing the profit margins are no less than 50% for "royalties", It's already worth it.

OTC average P/S is around 6.5 and P/E around 22.
Based on $5M Rev/sales and $2.5M Earnings, That means the market cap should be trading At $32.5M based on PS AND $55M based on PE.

AND THIS IS FIRST AQUISITION!!!! It may take a little time for this to be recognized in the broader investor pool, But the future potential should be obvious. Just sayin.
