You make a simple/obvious/compelling point;
Simply put , it's too bad shareholders don't have an ACTIVE agency to watch-out-for/protect honest shareholders like employees have at their beck and call .
Case in point , employees are not an ounce more deserving of fair representation in unfair/illegal activities than shareholders of a (public) company . In the truest sense of capitalisitic ideals , work is work regardless of whether it is money or bodies .
Quite honestly , an investor has a VESTED interest which perhaps carries a more significant jeoprody than an employee whos exposure is possibly/ultimately much less .
