They are an SEC filer so they are going to have to disclose. The business entity filing in Nevada on August 4th has to be approved by the state and I'm not sure of the time frame for that. They covered disclosure on the change of corporate address by adding it to the 10-q, Normally that would have to be an 8-k.

I looked into the "business entity file documents" filing for quite a while last night and it looks like this is only used to register a new business or new businesses. Since OWP is already established this has to be something else coming in. Change in ownership by itself does not appear to require this filing from what I have read.

We are extremely under the radar here.
