The R/S will only happen if the stock goes to NASDAQ - if no up-listing happens, no R/S happens. And so, I am ok with that as $BMIX will be trading at a fair value when it is on NASDAQ - which is about $350M right now… Once big institutional buyers can buy into $BMIX, its market cap will reach its fair value, R/S or not…
