Lannett ain't terminating anything.

They EXTENDED the Agreement last year KNOWING both of their Adderalls were up for approval. And they ALREADY discontinued their Adderall XR.

Lannett would have submitted a notice to terminate WEEKS ago because they got their IR approval on July 8 and they KNOW they can't launch for 6 MONTHS anyways.

Conclusion: Lannett ain't terminating ANYTHING.............because they would have done it already.

My guess is that the investor(s) are anxious that LCI will terminate the distribution agreement for the Adderall products which is a real risk .
