I agree both parties have dragged their feet for years concerning this process. Process is not a Government strongpoint. Where it takes one person to do a task in the private sector it takes five in Government to do these same tasks. And as well over time it should become more streamlined due to constant processes and computers to speed operations up. But I agree with you people need to work to live and pay other folks college payments. So both parties are to blame here fully.
