We are truly appreciative of your support. I am pretty sure that you can now imagine as to why this deal was arduous and time consuming; and that I was forced to keep pretty quiet. Yes, we got very lucky and it was solely based upon very long term relationships that allowed us a pretty significant “win”.

More so than the market actually realizes.
