Oh, gosh. I finally understand. When I read mONI's PRs last year about the gold acquisitions, I clearly misread them. They weren't acquisitions at all; they were just "negotiations" per today's PR:

The negotiations pertaining to the Peruvian mine transaction were terminated at the advice of Moon’s counsel and our auditors

Sure enough, I went back and reread the PRs. They clearly state

Nov. 02, 2021
"Moon [intends to purchase] of 95% of Minera Radiante S.A.C"

August 2, 2021
"Royal Costino LLC [is expected to be] acquired as our wholly owned subsidiary"

See for yourself. It is a good thang that MEH Corp included those "Forward Looking Disclaimer" statements.
