Does anyone know when the 528M restricted shares are no longer restricted? If the restrictions lift after one year aren't they free to float starting tomorrow? I sent an email to Clayton last week asking about this but I am still waiting for a reply. I fear what would happen if they were to be dumped on the open market. My fears are probably unfounded. I want to believe that 200 Million or so will be cancelled in the oil company spinoff and the remaining shares will be held by Drake for control purposes but I would like to hear it from someone else that might be in the know. Thanks!
