It sure feels like a Don Phillips type of loan.

For reference, $65,000 is 30% of Mexus fixed assets as stated in the 10k. (That number includes both property & equipment).

Maybe the lender will settle for a tub of zinc sludge, or a 2 ton carbon filter gummed up with dirt and salt.
