Very disingenuous, and typically misleading. But I understand why.

June 30 Fins go stale in mid Nov. PERIOD, not mid-Sept.
And that 60 day period for the SEC review is "up to 60 days".

Also Q3 can be sent to EDGAR if needed during Oct-mid Nov
