Thanks for reaching out!
I'm not able to update too materially but I can confirm that the audit is still on-going.
There were a lot of challenges with the initial timeline due to the sudden disappearance of our accountant which required us to obtain a new accountant who then needed to catch up to speed.
I was reluctant to throw the prior accountant under the bus as I don't know the details of the challenges he is currently facing in his personal life but - speaking from a business perspective - that was the main reason for our delay with completing the task as scheduled.
