As you will remember, Shakedown artist Atacama (home of SQM & Albemarle) Governor Miguel Vargas along with a half-dozen of the fattest porker bling-festooned sow Colla indians (descendants of Russian Inuits/Eskimos) used the Chilean Lithium mafia-friendly left-wing courts in Copiapo earlier this year to kill off the two 80,000mt LCE export licenses awarded to BYD and Francisco Javier Errázuriz... needless to say, very powerful Chinese lithium players along with some very prominent Chilean businessmen were very upset over this no-class amateurish bungled extortion attempt since neither BYD or Errázuriz would "bite" on the Vargas/Colla non-public terms.

Or, Codelco sheds this lithium albatross from its neck and gives the CEOL to the NLC (National Lithium Company) who can then in turn give it to all the LGBTs, leftists, loafers, rioters, indians, Colla (ie Russian descendants) who want to mine lithium on their own property... or not mine lithium to preserve their precious sacred desert wasteland/junkyards (sans anymore slimy passive kickbacks/payoffs/fake-consultant-contracts/bribery/vig of course.
