You mean amend all of the disclosures and information already filed from previous management. The only one at fault here is the one who made a report to the SEC instead of letting Pillsworth clean up the disclosures in due time.

This person or persons who did that are the only ones at fault in wiping out everyones shareholder value here imo. Im sure everyone else also feels this way also.
