Remember that the Judicial branch is a construct of Congress.

Article 2: Executive Branch
Article 3: Judicial Branch

They are co-equal branches, thus providing a check-and-balance system of government.

Any decision that continues the unconstitutional deletion or alteration of speech by a user of any social media platform is a violation of the above statutes.

Incorrect again.

The 1st Amendment says "Congress shall make no law..." It doesn't say that "Lowjack (or any other private entity) shall make no rule that prohibits others' speech on their property."
