Do we have access to the Stay Relief Order itself? This document seems to merely be referencing it, in what appears to be awfully close to a direct pronouncement of guilt.

I assume it's a direct consequence of that order that the house has now been sold.

I have to say that I'm quite happy that the Justice System is finally fed up with Foley's years of delaying tactics. It gives us folks in the peanut gallery hope that it won't just be frivolous filing after frivolous filing from here on out, with Foley will not only never seeing a prison cell (again), but getting to live in his multi-million dollar mansion until the end of time.
