Regarding the "finding" that the bankruptcy filing constituted fraud:

I don't understand this, delightful though it may be.

That's quite an accusation coming from a court document. I mean, it's prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner all in one. I would've expected somewhat more circumspect language in such a document. You know, something like "We find the continued pleas for relief based on the technicalities of bankruptcy proceedings to be without legal merit and therefore discount and disallow further such pleadings as irrelevant."

Maybe I'd make a lousy judge. Does blunt language (really, it's awfully close to "these people are obvious criminal a-holes and I'm sick to death of it!") indicate a complete lack of patience and sympathy?

UNLESS, it's only a judgement pertaining to the motion facing the court, and no actual criminal referral is expected to occur based on that judgement. That is, it doesn't claim to contain any weight other than that required to dismiss that motion. If it did have weight beyond this motion, surely the judgement of fraud here would prejudice any future action and invite a mistrial, at least.
