I think the OTC Markets are going through a Bear market. I think Mr. Chan IS working hard to get the tech sold and increase the stock price. The last couple news releases should have moved the price way higher but the OTC Markets are out of favor right now. We have all seen some real crappy stocks in the past move up 500% on meaningless news. The GPS devices IGEN has are top of the line and are becoming a necessity for a lot of government organizations and businesses. Mr. Chan has done a great job in creating a top of the line product that in time will create positive shareholder value. I think this stock should be trading at .05 right now with .25 close by.
