If a reverse was not even being considered as a possiblity, cancel the 14c. I think this would be much more receptive to shareholders, and potential future shareholders, than tweets saying the below.

"NO Reverse Split anytime soon or even being considered as a possibility."

The status of the last piece of financing, as mentioned in the 7/24 tweet (below), could also mitigate potential concerns about the currently filed 14c - especially if the 14c was filed as a backup to financing. Last piece of financing status?
