Latest Q is unaudited, but pretty sure previous earning are all audited. In time Q2 2022 will be audited also. OTCM has them as audited.

Master manipulators OTCX and CDEL, theyll sell shares like a personal ATM until larger orders come in to make them scramble to buy those shares back.

I doubt its retail showing 100 shares only for OTCX and then not budging when hit like 20 times at that price.
