So GNCP did not need to file a quarterly report since they are already Pink Limited. But why not PDIV if they were Pink Current?

Possibilities?
1. Is there a deal in the works rendering quarterly reports moot?
2. More likely PDIV saw Pink Current reporting as an unnecessary effort since they had nothing to prove. I expect to see PDIV status change to Pink Limited in due time.

Then GNCP and PDIV either file annual reports or fall off the cliff.
