I’m sure he would, but, he didn’t do his due diligence or require any parameters, so, he is on the hook!

Also, as usual, he started disparaging twitter causing a stock price calamity and it will likely free fall after he is forced to buy at $54.20.

I don’t think he is going to get a break from this judge…nor should he!
