It has nothing to do with a orchestrated dump by a group. It has everything to do with the fact that for weeks it has been said that the first acquisition was going to be a $100 million revenue generating company and it turns out that it’s only 5 million.

Shareholders were watching closely to see the market reaction to the acquisition, ready to dump at any sign of a sell off.

Then, there was the pre market dump that should never had went through premarket. After that, panic mode set in and when market opened, folks started dumping and a major chain reaction occurred.
