UEX ( UEXCF on the OTC): Effective Aug. 25,2022: The delisting results from the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company by Uranium Energy Corp. ("UEC") (Symbol UEC: NYSE American), pursuant to a plan of arrangement. The arrangement was approved by security holders at a meeting held on August 15, 2022. Shareholders will receive 0.09 common shares of UEC in exchange for each Share held.
