If they don’t do the RS they are out of business. They have millions in debt and no way to pay it. Only amateurs lose control of their company. Meaning the insiders always keep enough stock to pass whatever they need. All you need to do is read their last Q. You will see they are dead ass broke. They need the increased PPS the RS would bring to pay the bills with shares. As it is they can’t pay anything. They’ve maxed the AS and if they only raise it, after about 60 days of relentless dumping to pay debt you’ll have billions of OS and the PPS will be .0002 or less. A little DD and common sense goes along way here.
