Before you try to paint this gap between Paul Jr and Paul Sr, it's worth noting, the mailing address of North Pacific Gold and Mexus Gold are the same. That address is also the same location the pirate barge was built according to the photos on Google Maps.

Mexus is paying a pretty hefty rental fee for that spot. Is North Pacific or Paul Jrs new pirate ship company paying any rent towards this same spot? If not, that means Mexus foot the bill for the yard space to build the pirate ship.
