Hate to burst your bubble but as POTUS Trump had both the constitutional (andd statutory) power to declassify anything he wants..

In 1987,the supreme court made clear the POTUS has constitutional power,as commander in chief to classify and declassify..Reguardless of any statute passed by congress..
