The question I have is what is "MD" going to sell potential new investors to raise money?

NSAV only has 490M 'common' shares it can sell under the current AS.

At today's bargain price, that's only $2.2M.

Are they going to sell Series B convertibles ??

Have to raise the AS for the Series B also as it is Maxed out.

Or perhaps NSAV will get a LOC.

Now that I would like to see.
