When the next R/S comes

The preferred shares will not be affected I am sure. This gets me to my next question. Why doesn't Russ buy shares in his own company? How much skin does he have in the game? None to speak of. Isn't it odd that the company is over 90% retail investors? The onerous terms of this last financing tells me that their ability to raise money is getting very limited. In my opinion this company is circling the drain and the only way to fix it is to have a competent CEO.
