I have emails from Nathan. He was trying to work a deal when Allison was ceo. Everything in that Peru lawsuit he sent a while ago. He wanted some more money. I have my theory of why but we do know the Peru company had no audit and based on the April press release cause moni to walk away. So why be paid for something that you didn't deliver. And why not sue back then?
