Ain't no agreement..... most likley Tiny Mickey didn't pay Basile and Basile said... SCREW IT... he wanted to cut his losses, after all it cost him $400 to file it. Wonder if Tiny Mickey paid him the $400.... $402 to be exact

So curious, why was it stated, multiple times, the case was filed LONG ago... odd that it was only filed on May 10 and a VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL filed on May 16 (dismissed on May 17) . Funny stuff.

How sad.. Basile doesn't know how to fill out forms.. DANG.. how can that be with allllllll the lawsuits he files... LMFAO If I had the time, I would research him to see how bad he really is.... but really why... this TINY lawsuit shows me all I need to know.
