So... how can both classes of shares be considered equal components of one another with a relatively equal share price? None of this makes any sense. One is an IPO that is non-shortable and the other has extremely high short interest. This was the worst idea I have ever seen But if this CEO can somehow service its debts through the issuance of APE shares vs issuing convertible debentures or being involved in some type of dilutive pipe, then I guess this was the lesser of two evils
