See all that $4.17 stock (the lie at the time) sold off when the PPS hit 7 cents?
The fantasy wasn't the con artists' marks buying the stock, the fantasy was the lie used to convince them to do so.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
