SFIO remains off the OTC Pink https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SFIO/overview

Why? financial irregularities aka “ Clerical Error” according to Management.

Kiss uplisting on NASDAQ dream GOOD BYE.

Nasdaq has ZERO tolerance and don’t accept OTC companies with issues. Even if its a “clerical error” they will disqualify for incompetence.

In my humble opinion of course:)
